ISDB-T Standard for Maldives

The Communications Authority of Maldives (CAM) is pleased to announce today, the Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting Terrestrial (ISDB-T) Standard for the Maldives. This standard is aimed towards the successful migration of the country’s television services to digital broadcasting. In addition to standard television broadcasting features, ISDB-T has the capability of broadcasting early warning messages, and the capability of mobile TV reception using a single transmission. We look forward to the benefits of ISDB-T in the modernization of television broadcasting.(September 28, 2017)
